Royal Cradle Empowerment Foundation (RoCEF) is a non-governmental organisation which specialises in the design and implementation of socio-economic development programmes which focused on community needs. RoCEF believes that "youth empowerment through skills development is the most powerful weapon which we can use to change Africa and the world”. This is an initiative that seeks to give financially challenged youths and women entrepreneurial support to develop both soft and hard skills, and talents that benefit communities and Africa as a whole. Identifying such needs strengthen the workforce to develop African continent as a whole. Growth and development in Africa can only be achieved through empowerment of the youth. Remember the saying “Youth are the leaders of tomorrow” and to create these vibrant leaders. We develop skills acquisition workshops based on different communities’ needs and source for scholarships that make the realization of such dreams feasible.
